Preparation
1st layer:
1 C flour
1 sticks butter
Mix together, with pastry blender. Press into 9x13 pan (preferably glass). Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until golden. Chill well before adding other ingredients.
2nd layer:
1 C Cool Whip (taken from 8-oz tub - leave rest for top)
1 C powdered sugar
1 8-oz cream cheese (at room temperature)
Mix together well with electric mixer. Pour over crust.
3rd layer:
3 C whole milk
2 pkgs (3 -oz) instant lemon pudding
Mix well with electric mixer and pour over cream cheese layer.
Top with Cool Whip spreading all over the layers. Chill till cold in refrigerator before serving, preferably overnight.
