Bragolli Ingredients

4 medium beef Schnitzel 2 Boiled eggs
4 slices Bacon 3 slices Bacon extra diced
1 Onion 2 Potatoes cut in quarters
1/2 cup Peas thawed1 bottle Tomatoe puree 750grs

Instructions for Bragolli

Select schnitzel place 1 rasher of bacon and egg. Roll together and secure with tooth picks.
Brown all the schnitzels for 10 minutes. Take out the browned schnitzel and place aside.
Fry the onions and the extra bacon for three minutes add tomatoe puree and schnitzel cook for
35 minutes; add the potatoes and and peas. Cook for a further 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Serve with cooked spagetti
