Dixie Chicken Ingredients

1 1/2 kilos Chicken Thigh Fillets skin removed4 rashers Bacon roughly chopped
1 tablespoon Olive oil 420 gram Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 tablespoon Butter 1/3 cup Thickened Cream
250 grams Mushrooms sliced2 tablespoon Thyme

Instructions for Dixie Chicken

Preheat oven to 200C. Place chicken in a single layer in the bottom of a casserole dish.
In fry pan, heat butter and oil. Add mushrooms and bacon, and cook for 5mins.
Add soup, cream, bring to the boil. Add thyme and pour over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, for 30mins.
Serve with rice and green beans.

So-o-o-o-o easy so quick and yummo, I'm lazy though and just throw every thing together, no frying etc. and it's the best...... I have it with vegys and boiled spuds
