Choc-Hazelnut Slice Ingredients

1 c Almonds flaked125 grams Butter
300 grams Milk Arrowroot Biscuits crushed300 grams Hazelnut Chocolate
1 c Sweetened Condensed Milk 50 grams Copha
2 tb Golden Syrup

Instructions for Choc-Hazelnut Slice

Combine toasted almonds with crushed biscuits in a large mixing bowl.
Over a medium heat, melt together, butter, sweetened cond. milk and golden syrup until it looks like a thick caramel.
Combine caramel with biscuit mixture, mix thoroughly. Press mixture into lined baking tin. Place in fridge to set.
Meanwhile combine copha and hazelnut chocolate, melt in microwave. Once slice is set, pour over chocolate, return to fridge to set. Slice into squares and serve.
