Easy Chicken Stir-Fry Ingredients
4
Chicken breast
s boneless/sliced into medium pieces
1/2 cup
Soy sauce
1 medium Green
pepper
2 tablespoons
Sesame Oil
4 cloves
Garlic
minced
1 tablespoon
Ketchup
Instructions for Easy Chicken Stir-Fry
Mince Garlic and mix with Soy sauce, Sesame Oil and Ketchup in a container. Seal. Shake the container vigorously until the mixture is blended. Heat Mixture in a wok and add sliced chicken breasts. Stir-fry on high for 2-3 minutes then add chopped green pepper. Continue to stir-fry at high temperatures until the chicken is done. This dish is best served over rice.

The Sauce used in this recipe can be used in other dishes as a stir-fry sauce or as a marinade. The sauce can be refrigerated for up to 2 days [I posted this recipe.]
