Garlic and Rosemary Green Beans Ingredients

1 pound Green Beans, frozen thawed1/2 teaspoon Rosemary, dried
1/4 cup Olive oil 1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 clove Garlic crushed

Instructions for Garlic and Rosemary Green Beans

Thaw green beans in a collander. Put olive oil, garlic, rosemary and salt in a skillet or stir-fry pan and mix. Add green beans. Stir-fry until beans are just softened. Serve immediately.

I already make this recipe (but always with fresh beans, as I find the frozen ones too soft and tasteless). When I have fried the garlic, etc, before adding the beans, I add one teaspoon (heaped) of sweet paprika, let it fry for around one minute, be careful not to burn it. Then I add the beans and it makes a completely different flavour.Adults appreciate this more than children!
