Blondie Brownie Pie Ingredients

1 stick Butter 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar 1 cup Semisweet chocolate
2 large Egg 1 tablespoon Cocoa
1/2 tablespoon Vanilla 1 bag Fun Size Candy Bars
1 cup Flour

Instructions for Blondie Brownie Pie

1 Coat 9" pie plate with non-stick cooking spray. Melt butter in 2 qt sauce pan over medium heat. Stir in Brown Sugar. Heat until mixture starts to bubble. Remove from heat. Cool 10 min.
2 Stir in 1 egg and the vanilla until blended. Stir in flour and baking powder until smooth. Scrape 3/4c into prepared pie plate.. Freeze 15 min or until firm.
3 Heat oven to 350 degrees. Melt 1/2c chips as directed on the package. Stir chips, remaining egg, and cocoa powder into remaining batter.
4 Press chilled batter evenly over bottom and half way up sides of pie plate. Top with chocolate bars (snickers, milky ways, anything that would melt) then chocolate batter.
5 Bake 24-27 minutes. Pie is done when an inserted toothpick comes out with moist crumbs on it. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2c of chips. Let them sit 5 min then spread. Top with nuts or chopped candy bars.
