Corn Bread Chicken Ingredients

8 1/2 ounces Corn bread/muffin mix 4 medium Boneless chicken breasts
1 envelope Ranch salad dressing mix 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 cup Milk

Instructions for Corn Bread Chicken

1. Combine corn bread mix and salad dressing mix and put in pie pan.

2. Pour milk into shallow bowl. Dip chicken in milk and then coat with Ranch/corn bread mix.

3. In large skillet over medium-high heat, brown chicken in oil on both sides, then cook, uncovered, over medium heat for 6-7 minutes on each side or until juices run clear.
