Pop's Meatloaf Ingredients

2 cups Bread crumbs diced	2 tablespoon Horseradish
1/4 cup Green pepper diced	1 teaspoon Dry mustard
2 large Eggs	1/4 cup Milk
2 pounds Ground beef	1/4 cup Ketchup

Instructions for Pop's Meatloaf

Mix, shape, put in loaf pan. Pour 1/4 catsup over the top and bake 40 min. or until the top is crusty.

My grandfathers recipe, this meatloaf is much more like a hamburger. It is very kid friendly! I have come to substitute the bread crumbs for unseasoned stuffing.
