Dad's Cheesie Potatoes Ingredients

-- Potato dish --	1/2 teaspoon Pepper
1 large pkg Frozen hash brown potatoes	1 pint Sour cream
1/2 cup Butter	1 can (10 -12 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup or mushroom or celery
1/2 cup Chopped onion	-- Topping --
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese shredded	1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Salt	1 cup Chrushed corn flakes

Instructions for Dad's Cheesie Potatoes

Mix together all ingredients for potato dish and place in greased 9 x 13 inch oven dish.

Top with the crushed corn flakes and cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350 F. for 40 - 50 minutes.

I have made this too many times to count! My kids just love it! Adding chopped ham and mushrooms is great too! Bran flakes also work well on top if your out of corn flakes. Thanks for sharing the recipe Dad!
