Bette's Swedish Red Liips Ingredients

1 cup Butter 2 cups Flour
1/2 cup Sugar 3/4 cup Raspberry Jam

Instructions for Bette's Swedish Red Liips

1- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2- Beat butter 30 seconds. Beat in sugar until combined. Add flour.
3- Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Press thumb into center of each cookie.
4- Bake 12 min or until edges are brown.
5- Cool completely.
6- Freeze between layers of wax paper or fill with jam. Cookies can be frozen up to 3 months before filling.
