Bette's Saucepan Fudgies Ingredients
4 ounce Unsweetened
chocolate
2 cup
Flour
1/4 cup
butter
2 teaspoon
Baking powder
2 cup
Sugar
1/4 teaspoon
Salt
2 large
Egg
1/2 cup Nuts chopped
1 teaspoon
Vanilla
Instructions for Bette's Saucepan Fudgies
1- Melt chocolate and butter in Medium sauce pan. Cool slightly.
2- Beat in sugar. Add eggs 1 at a time beating thoroughly after each. Stir in vanilla.
3- Mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir combination into chocolate mixture. Fold in nuts.
4- Chill 30 minutes.
5- Shape dough into 1 inch balls roll in sugar (either white or colored) arrange on ungreased baking sheets.
6- Bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes. Cookies will be cracked on the tops.
