Ingredients
- 8 each Flour tortillas 8-10 inch
- 1 1/2 cup Chicken Cooked & Shredded
- 1 cup Salsa Bottled
- 3 3/23 ounce Bean Dip Jalapeno-Flavored
- 1 teaspoon Fajita Seasoning
- 8 ounce Monterey jack cheese or Cheddar cut into 8 5 1/2 inch sticks
- Lettuce shredded
- Sour Cream dairy
- Salsa Bottled
Preparation
1) Wrap tortillas in foil; heat in a 350 oven for 10 minutes or until heated through.
2) Meanwhile, in a large bowl combine chicken, the 1 cup salsa, the bean dip and fajita seasoning.
3) To assemble, spoon 1/3 cup meat mixture onto each tortilla near one edge. Top meat mixture with a stick of cheese. Fold in sides and roll up, starting from edge with the filling. Place filled trotillas, seam sides down, in a greased 3-quart rectangular baking dish.
4) Bake, uncovered, in a 350 oven about 30 minutes or until heated through. If desired, serve with lettuce, sour cream, and additional salsa.
