Chicken Adobo Ingredients
3/4 cup
Soy sauce
as required
1 teaspoon
Garlic
chopped
1/2 cup
Vinegar
as required
1 package
Chicken
thawed
1/2 cup Water as required
Instructions for Chicken Adobo
Heat pot to high.
Pour 1/2 cup of water.
Brown chicken in large pot.
Add chopped garlic cloves.
Add salt & pepper to meat, while stirring & browning.
Lower heat to medium-high.
Pour Vinegar.
Pour Soy Sauce.
Keep stirring, and adding salt & pepper until chicken is no longer bleeding.
When skin on chicken is about to peel off, it''s cooked completely.
Cooking time averaging 25-45 minutes.

Much much too salty for my taste, I would have given it 2-3 Stars but ADOBO is defined as a philippine dish of meat or fish seasoned with garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar so I can't rate it poorly because it is what it was meant to be.
