Barbecue Beef Sandwiches Ingredients
3 pounds Eye of round
1 cup
ketchup
1 cup water
1 cup
mustard
2 beef
bouillon
cubes
1 dash
Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon minced
onion
Louisana hot sauce to taste
1 can
tomato
sauce - (15 oz)
Ham
burger buns or dinner rolls for serving
1 cup
brown sugar
Instructions for Barbecue Beef Sandwiches
Slice eye of round roast into steaks, Then take the number of steaks needed and slice them very thinly. Add rest of the ingredients to meat. and cook for 4 - 6 hours on medium in a crocpot. Serve over hamburger buns or dinner rolls.

I didn't have any tomatoe sauce and since I was only making it for 2 I used a 5 oz can of tomatoe paste. Added more water to the mixture and used quite a bit more Worcestershire then called for. Will likely add some minced garlic next time.
