Pepper Rubbed Pork Chops Ingredients
4 thick pork
loin
chops
2 teaspoon ground
coriander
seeds
1 teaspoon ground
cumin
4 cloves
garlic
finely chopped
1 teaspoon
salt
2 tablespoon
olive oil
teaspoon
black pepper
coarsely crushed
Large pinch
cayenne
pepper
teaspoon
white pepper
coarsely crushed
Instructions for Pepper Rubbed Pork Chops
Heat broiler. Stir together cumin, salt, black and white peppers, cayenne pepper, coriander, garlic, and olive oil in small bowl until well mixed. Rub on both sides of chops. Broil pork chops, turning once, until crispy on the outside and chops are done.

I really liked the spice combinations but I would cut down the salt to 1/2 teaspoon unless you like it a little salty.

Too peppery; the pepper overpowers the other flavors. I'll use 1/3 of the amount next time. Easy, and fits into the South Beach diet plan.

A great dinner. I added a couple extra garlic cloves and used a pepper medly I had rather than just black and white pepper. An enjoyable pork chop dish that I will be making again.
