Blueberry Crunch Ingredients

1 20 0z can Pineapple in juice crushed1/2 cup Sugar
1 18.25 oz package Yellow cake mix 1/2 cup Butter melted
3 cups Blueberries fresh1 cup Pecans toasted & chopped

Instructions for Blueberry Crunch

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread pineapple in a lightly buttered 13x9-inch baking dish. sprinkle with cake mix, then blueberries and sugar. Drizzle with melted butter and top with pecans. Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly.

I used a can of blueberry pie filling, since I didn't have any fresh berries, so not sure about any difference in taste. I also added a tablespoon of cool whip to top of individual servings. It was easy to make, rich and delicious. I would definitely make again.

Definitely a winner!! However, I failed to take the poster's advice about the richness of this dish and trying small portions.......Took out a little too much, so.....was forced to eat it....(picture me with a satisfied smile on my face.)
