Achot (Garlicky Farmers Cheese with Walnuts) Ingredients

1 c Cheese, farmer 1 Garlic clove; minced
3 tb Walnuts; chopped fine 1/8 ts Salt
1/4 c Yogurt, low-fat Lettuce, boston
1 tb Dill; chopped fine 1/4 c Walnuts; chopped coarsely
1 tb Parsley; chopped fine Pita; toasted triangles

Instructions for Achot (Garlicky Farmers Cheese with Walnuts)

Process the farmers cheese, finely chopped walnuts, and yogurt in a food processor until smooth. Transfer the cheese to a bowl and mix with herbs, garlic, and salt. Shape into a ball, cover, and refrigerate for 4 hours. Line a small serving platter with several lettuce leaves and carefully transfer the cheese ball to the platter.
