Crock Pot Onion Chops Ingredients

2 pork chops 1 Onion
1 envelope dried onion soup mix I used french onion soup mix Carrots
2 cup water 4 Mushrooms
2 Potatoes 1 t Cornstarch

Instructions for Crock Pot Onion Chops

Place pork chops in crock pot. Sprinkle soup mix around and between. Add water. Add peeled onions, potatoes, and carrots to suit.

Cook on HIGH setting 4 hours or LOW for 6 hours.

About an hour before ready slice the mushrooms and add to crockpot.

When done remove vegetables and meat, place juice in small saucepan bring to a boil and add cornstarch mixed in a little water to make a gravy.


This recipe yields 2 servings.

I found this recipe in my meal master database and modified it to my taste. RKG1
