Raisin-Apricot Glazed Ham Ingredients

8 -pound fully cooked whole boneless ham 1/2 cup raisins
1 18-oz jar apricot preserves 2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 2-oz package slivered almonds

Instructions for Raisin-Apricot Glazed Ham

For glaze, in a small bowl stir together well preserves, almonds, raisins and lemon juice.
Place ham in a shallow roasting pan. Bake in a 325 degree F oven for 2 hours (allow 15 minutes per pound) or until thermometer registars 140 degrees F. Spoon glaze over ham once or twice during the last 30 minutes of cooking time. Slice thinly to serve.
