Sauted Pork Chops in Savory Grape-Mustard Sauce Ingredients
4 boneless
pork
chops about 3/4-inch thick
1 tablespoon Dijon-style
mustard
2 teaspoons
butter
1 tablespoon chopped
onion
1 cup seedless
grapes
halved
2 garlic
cloves
crushed
1/2 cup light
cream
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1/3 cup chopped
parsley
1/2 teaspoon
pepper
Instructions for Sauted Pork Chops in Savory Grape-Mustard Sauce
In large heavy skillet heat butter over medium-high heat. Cook pork chops for 8-10 minutes, turning once. Remove chops to a serving platter; keep warm. Add grapes, cream, parsley, mustard, onion, garlic, salt and pepper to skillet. Cook over high heat, stirring, until sauce thickens slight; spoon over chops.
