Spicy Asian Ground Pork Burgers Ingredients

1 pound ground pork 1 -1/2 teaspoons garlic chili paste*
1 garlic clove crushed1 tablespoon minced fresh mint
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root 4 sandwich buns
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions for Spicy Asian Ground Pork Burgers

Mix together all ingredients except buns; form into 4 patties. Grill over medium-hot coals 10-12 minutes, turning once, about 5-6 minutes per side, until an instant read thermometer reads 160 degrees F. Serve on buns.

The burgers fell apart and even though I cooked them right through, even burning them a little, they were too moist and goey for my taste. They kids tried it but they didn't like it either.
