This is wonderful. I shredded the beef and served it on buns.

Simple and easy. I put it on before I left for work and when I got home all I needed to do was make the potatoes and a salad and my supper was done.

Awesome tender roast. I used a large onion which was a little more than called for and only 1 cup of celery. Great flavour and the most tender roast I have had in a long time. Cooked in a crock pot slow cooker for about 6 hrs. We will be making this again.
