Chili Enchilada Ingredients
1 pound
Ground beef
1 medium
Onion
chopped
2 can (12 oz Chili
3 cups
Cheddar
shredded
1 package Flour
tortilla
s
Hot
pepper
sauce optional
Instructions for Chili Enchilada
Spray rectangle baking dish with no stick spray. Brown ground beef and drain. Add 1 can of chili and mix well. Spoon chili mixture in a line on flour tortilla, sprinkle with some chopped onion, a dash of hot sauce to taste ( opptional ) and shredded cheese. Roll tortilla and place in baking dish. Repeat with remaining tortillas till dish is covered. Spread 1 can of chili over the rolled tortillas. sprinkle the chopped onion and remaining shredded cheese ( add more if needed ). Bake at 350F for approximately 30 minutes. Serve with sour cream and salsa.
