Rocky Road Brownies Ingredients

3 ounce unsweetened chocolate 1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Butter TOPPING
2 cups Sugar 3 tablespoon Butter
4 whole eggs 1 cup (6 oz) semisweet chocolate chips
2 teaspoon Vanilla 2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup all purpose flour 1/2 cup walnuts coarsely chopped

Instructions for Rocky Road Brownies

For brownies, melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well. Blend in vanilla. combine flour and salt. Add to mixture. Blend well. Spread batter in greased 9 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350F for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool in pan on rack for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, melt butter and chocolate in saucepan for topping. Sprinkle brownies evenly with marshmallows and walnuts. Return to oven. Bake for another 3 minutes. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Cool in pan. Cut into squares or rectangles.
