Macaroni Casserole Ingredients

1 medium Onion sliced4 tablespoon Sherry or white wine
250 grams Bacon chopped 1cm squares1 cup Chicken bouillon optional
1 medium Capsicum chopped3 tablespoon Butter
425 grams Tomatoes, tinned chopped1 clove Garlic
140 grams Tomato paste 220 grams Mushrooms in butter sauce
1/2 cup Parsley chopped1 teaspoon Sugar
1/2 cup Parmesan grated1 pinch Salt
250 grams Macaroni or other tubular pasta1 pinch Pepper

Instructions for Macaroni Casserole

1. Cook macaroni

2. Fry onions, garlic and bacon in butter until tender.

3. Put all ingredients (except parmesan and parsley) into casserole dish, mix well and cover with the parmesan and parsley.

4. Cover and cook in moderate oven for 40 minutes.
