Burrito Turkey Burger Ingredients

1 bottle Vegetable cooking spray1 Package (1-1/4 ounces) taco seasoning mix
2 Pounds GROUND TURKEY 8 8-inch flour tortillas
1 Can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, drained1 Can (16 ounces) non-fat refried beans
1 Cup chopped onion 1/2 Cup Cheddar cheese grated and divided

Instructions for Burrito Turkey Burger

1. Spray cold grill rack with vegetable cooking spray. Preheat grill for direct-heat method cooking.
2. In medium bowl combine ground turkey, chilies, onion and seasoning mix. Evenly divide turkey mixture into 8 (9x2-inch) rectangular-shaped burgers. Grill burgers 3 to 4 minutes, turn and continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes or until 165 degrees F is reached on food thermometer and turkey is no longer pink in center. Remove and keep warm.
3. Heat tortillas according to package directions. Spread each tortilla with 1/4 cup refried beans and sprinkle with lettuce. Place 1 burger in center of each tortilla and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cheese over top. Fold sides of tortillas over burgers to create burritos. Serve with salsa.

This was ok. They had good flavor. It was very easy. It didn't fold like a burrito, more like a taco. It had mixed reviews among the family.
