Turkey Bean Joes Ingredients

1 Pound GROUND TURKEY 1 Can (15 oz) vegetarian beans
1 Cup chopped onion 1 Can (15 ounces) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 Cup catsup 6 6-inch sandwich buns split and toasted
1 Tablespoon prepared mustard 6 Strips TURKEY BACON cooked and crumbled
1 Teaspoon horseradish

Instructions for Turkey Bean Joes

1. In medium non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, saute turkey and onion 5 to 7 minutes, or until turkey is no longer pink. Drain and return mixture to skillet.
2. Stir in catsup, mustard, horseradish and both types of beans; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, until mixture is heated throughout.
3. Serve over toasted buns, garnished with crumbled bacon.
