Ingredients
- 8 Ounces rotini pasta cooked and drained
- 1/2 Pound TURKEY FRANKS cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 Cup yellow squash cut into 1/8-inch slices
- 1 Cup zucchini cut into 1/8-inch slices
- 1/2 Cup reduced-calorie Italian salad dressing
- 1/3 Cup green onions sliced, including green tips
- 1 Tablespoon dried parsley
- 3/4 Teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 Clove garlic finely minced
- 1 Cup cherry tomatoes cut in bite sized pieces
Preparation
1. In large bowl combine pasta, franks, squash, zucchini, dressing, onion, parsley, Italian seasoning and garlic. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
2. Before serving, fold in tomatoes.
