Turkey Topped Cucumbers Ingredients
6 Ounces OVEN-ROASTED
TURKEY
BREAST finely minced
1/8 Teaspoon
pepper
3 Tablespoons reduced-calorie
mayonnaise
1/8 Teaspoon
garlic
powder
2 Tablespoons green
onion
s finely chopped
2
cucumber
s, scored and cut into 1/4-inch circles
1 Teaspoon
horseradish
Instructions for Turkey Topped Cucumbers
1. In small bowl combine turkey, mayonnaise, green onion, horseradish, pepper and garlic powder.
2. Top each cucumber slice with 1-1/2 teaspoons turkey mixture and garnish with a watercress leaf.
