Anita's Favorite Meatloaf Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef lean1 each green bell pepper diced
2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1 can tomato sauce
1 envelope Lipton Onion Recipe Soup Mix 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional
1 sleeve Saltine crackers or Ritz Crackers crushed

Instructions for Anita's Favorite Meatloaf

In a large bowl mix all ingredients well with your hands.

Place in bundt pan or 2 loaf pans and bake on 350 for 1 hour.

This recipe appears on the following menus:
A very simple, easy to prepare recipe that turned out very well. I added a small grated onion and 1 teaspoon Kitchen Bouquet to the recipe. I also made a Brown Sugar Ketchup Glaze using; 1/2 cup ketchup, 4 tablespoons brown sugar and 4 teaspoons cider vinegar. I brush the loaf with half the glaze before baking. I let the finished loaf rest 20 minutes and served with the remaining glaze.
