Instructions for Anita's Cole Slaw

Mix the honey, mayonnaise, olive oil and red wine vinegar all together in a small bowl. Pour over the cole slaw mix and Sunflower nuts. Add salt & pepper to taste. Mix well. Chill for at least 30 minutes to an hour. Mix well again before serving.

My husband had a fit over this recipe. Told me not to forget it.

I figure it has about 4 weight watcher points per 1 cup serving.

Please note that I have found Sunflower nuts at Wal-Mart and also Walgreens in the snack food section. You can buy them with or without salt. I like them roasted and salted.

The combination of the honey and the nuts in this salad is wonderful.

Made this recently during a two week RV trip. The only cole slaw recipe my son has ever liked! You need about 16 ounces of slaw mix or you will have to much sauce.
