Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup whole kernel corn frozen (if canned, drain)
- 1 cup cubed potatoes
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 cup carrot slices
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 cups water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 (16 ounce) jar processed cheese sauce (e.g., Cheez Whiz)
Preparation
Directions:
1. Brown the ground beef and drain.
2. Put all ingredients except the cheese sauce in a crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
3. After 8-10 hours, add cheese sauce and gently stir until well blended.
