Delicious! I've only made thick pancakes from a packet but never again! A hit with whole family, and so quick and simple. Although my cup must have been too big I got about 12 good sized pancakes which needless to say didn't go to waste!
I tried this recipe last week. I substituted the milk with Eggnog (I had no milk left). Today, I used milk and added nutmeg and cinnamon.
Very filling. Great Sunday morning breakfast.
Loved this recipe. Next family reunion I will be a hit with these pancakes. Taste great, took good, I served applesauce with them. I will not buy packaged pancake mix again. Lumberjack pancakes...how wonderful
I added banana to the recipe. Next time I will also add walnuts. They were great.
Very good. Oats...this is a nice twist on a breakfast classic. I'll try buttermilk the next time I make these.
We have made this several times now. They are a big hit in our house. The kids loved them, and they are very filling. Great!
