Aunt Evelyn's Famous Meatballs Ingredients

3 pounds ground beef lean chuck	2 Cups Oatmeal
1 teaspoon minced garlic	1 tablespoon Salt
1 large can Evaporated Milk (12 oz)	1 tablespoon Pepper
1/2 cup Chopped Onion	1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 eggs; beaten slightly	2 tablespoon Italian Seasoning Flakes (optional)

Instructions for Aunt Evelyn's Famous Meatballs

Mix well. Shape into 24 large meatballs. Place into large baking
dish (13x9"). Spoon sauce over meatballs. Bake covered loosely with foil for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Sauce:
1/2 Tablespoon minced garlic
2 Cups Catsup
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1 medium Onion, diced
1 Tablespoon Cider Vinegar
2 Tablespoons liquid Smoke Flavoring (optional)

Mix well and spoon atop meatballs. Bake as directed.
