Cook 2 lbs chicken pieces (30 minutes) in 2 tablespoons of cooking oil along with the following ingredients:
2 medium onions
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon tumeric
1 teaspoon of salt and
1/4 cup dry red wine
After cooking chicken 30 minutes then add sauce made from ingredients in above ingredient list and cook on low for another 30-45 minutes.
Serve with rice.
