Ingredients
- 1/2 tablespoon Butter
- 1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 cup Evaporated skim milk
- 2 ounces Chèvre
- 2 ounces Smoked salmon
- 1 package Frozen spinach (300g) thawed and heated
- 250 grams Fettucine cooked and drained
Preparation
In a large nonstick skillet, heat butter and olive oil. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is soft. Add evaporated milk and cheese and cook on low stirring constantly, until cheese is melted. Add spinach and salmon; stir to combine until salmon is heated through. Add pasta and toss lightly.
