Rice, Broccoli, and Cheese Cups Ingredients

1 cup Rice cooked 1/8 cup Ranch dressing
3/4 cup Broccoli frozen, chopped, thawed, drained1 large Egg beaten
1/3 cup Mozzerella cheese shredded

Instructions for Rice, Broccoli, and Cheese Cups

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2 Mix prepared rice (may be cooked in chicken broth for extra flavor) and remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl until well blended.
3 Spoon evenly into 4 greased muffin cups
4 Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
