Polish Sausage And Cabbage Ingredients
1/2 head
Cabbage
coarsely sliced
1 teaspoon
Salt
1 large
onion
cut into 1 inch slices
1 can (14 oz)
chicken broth
1 small
potato
peeled, diced
1/2 teaspoon
caraway seed
1 1/2 pounds Polish
sausage
cut into 1 inch pieces
Instructions for Polish Sausage And Cabbage
Place sliced cabbage in crockpot. Toss with diced potatoes, salt and caraway seed. Add sliced onion and Polish sausage. Pour chicken broth over all; stir lightly. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours (high: 2-4 hours).
