Pumpkin Nut Bread Ingredients

3 1/2 cups flour 2 2/3 cups Sugar
2 teaspoon baking soda 1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Cinnamon 4 whole eggs
1 teaspoon Salt 1/3 cup water
1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 can (16 oz) pumpkin
1/2 teaspoon allspice 1/2 cup nuts

Instructions for Pumpkin Nut Bread

Sift flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and allspice; set aside. Beat sugar and oil together in mixer bowl. Add eggs, water and pumpkin, mix well. Add dry ingredients, mixing until blended. Stir in nuts. Pour into 2 greased 5x9 inch loaf pans. Bake at 350F for 55 to 60 minutes.

I tried thie recipe and it was great!!I did add a little more nutmeg and vanilla and it melted in you mouth.
