Chicken Marinara Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves 1 pound1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms 1 28 ounce j meatless spaghetti sauce
3 garlic cloves minced1/2 cup red wine or chicken broth
1 teaspoon dried basil hot cooked angel hair pasta or spaghetti

Instructions for Chicken Marinara

In a nonstick skillet coated with nonstick cooking spray, cook chicken for 6 minutes on each side; remove and keep warm. Add mushrooms, garlic, basil and Italian seasoning to skillet; saut until mushrooms are tender. Stir in spaghetti sauce and wine or broth. Add chicken; cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until heated through. Serve over pasta.

Yield: 4 servings.
