Steak Diane (Boise Style) Ingredients

1 8 ounce Beef tenderloin roast 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 ounce A-1 Sauce 3 ounces Brown Veal Stock
1/4 teaspoon shallot chopped1/8 ounce Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
1 ounce red wine 1/4 ounce brandy
2 ounces mushroom 1/2 teaspoon butter
1/4 teaspoon parsley chopped

Instructions for Steak Diane (Boise Style)

Heat all ingredients and finish with butter. Flame brandy over filet. Top with sauce.
