Potato Mushroom Gratin Ingredients
Olive oil
225 g
mushroom
s thinly sliced
1 sprig
rosemary
4 cloves
garlic
thinly sliced
3 medium baking
potato
es peeled and thinly sliced
Salt and
pepper
Instructions for Potato Mushroom Gratin
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Coat a 9-inch square casserole or baking dish with olive oil. Lay rosemary sprig(s) on bottom. Layer half of the potato slices over bottom. Top with half of the sliced mushrooms and half of the garlic. Sprinkle generously with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Top with the remaining potatoes. Chop the remaining mushrooms and garlic, then scatter the mixture over the top. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered, until top is golden and crusty, about 1 hour. Serve hot. Serves 4.
