Pepper Beef Stir Fry Ingredients

300 grams Steak 2 Carrots cut in medalions or frozen equivalent
2 tbs Olive oil 1 Yellow pepper sliced
2 medium Onions quartered and broken up1 Red pepper sliced
5 cloves Garlic finely chopped1 Green pepper sliced
2 tablespoon Soy sauce lite Sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup Water 1 cup Cooked rice

Instructions for Pepper Beef Stir Fry

Slice the steak in thin strips and brown in a frying pan or wok with the oil. Remove and set aside. Add soy sauce and water to pan and saute onion and garlic until softened. If using fresh carrots add them with the onions otherwise if using frozen add after onions are cooked along with peppers and mushrooms. Heat long enough to soften peppers then add the sliced steak. Cook until everything is hot and then serve over rice.
