Marzetti Ingredients

1/2 package Thin Egg Noodles cooked1 pound Ground beef
1 large Onion diced1/2 Green pepper diced
1 can (8 oz) Mushroom stems & pieces1 can (4 oz) Tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon Oregano 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 can (16 oz) Tomato diced1 pound Sharp cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions for Marzetti

Preheat oven to 375.
Brown ground beef and onion. Add green pepper and cook until slightly tender. Add seasonings, tomato, tomato paste, and mushrooms. Add cooked egg noodles to taste. Mix throughly.
Place in 9 x 13 pan. Top with the cheese.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes.

Very tasty dish! I made mine using macarroni instead of noodles. This recipe will serve many more than six. I ended up putting it in three cassarole dishes - froze 2 and serve one to three people - one dish would have served four, so total recipe would be good for 10-12 people. I prepared all ingredients except cheese the night before and kept it covered in the refrigerator. Next night, I pulled it out, added the cheese, and 45 minutes later was able to serve it. The entire recipe would be great to take to a bring-a-dish party.
