Kelly's Goulash Soup Ingredients

3 tblspoons Olive oil 4 tablespoons Paprika
1 pound Chuck Beef cubed1 tsp Salt
1 lg Onion chopped1 tsp Black Pepper
4 stalks Celery chopped1/2 tsp Garlic powder
4 large Carrot chopped4 Beef Bullion cubes
4 large Potato chopped Water to cover
4 Parsnip chopped1/2 cup Sour cream
1 large Green Bell Pepper chopped1/2 bag Egg noodles
1 lg can Diced Tomatoes

Instructions for Kelly's Goulash Soup

In a large stewpot, heat the olive oil & add the onions, cooking until slightly brown.
Add the paprika & the chuck beef, browning on all sides.
Add salt, pepper & boullion cubes, adding enough water to cover the meat.
Cook for 1 hour on low to medium heat.
After 1 hour, add all the vegetables EXCEPT the potato''s. cook for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, add the potato''s and cook for additional 30 minutes.
Add the 1/2 bag of egg noodles and cook for approx 9 minutes.

Great with a green salad and garlic bread!
