7 Layer Salad (Nedra's) Ingredients
1 head Iceberg lettece torn
2 tablespoon
Sugar
1/2 cup
Onion
chopped
1/2 cup
Parmesan
cheese grated
1/2 cup
Celery
chopped
6 large Eggs hard
boil
ed
1 package Frozen peas uncooked & thawed
1/2 pound
Bacon
cooked, crumbled
2
Carrot
s shredded
4
Tomato
chopped
1 pint
Mayo
naisse
Instructions for 7 Layer Salad (Nedra's)
Layer items in order in 9 x 13 pan.
Lettuce, then onions and celery in one layer.
Peas, then carrots.
Mix mayonaisse and sugar and spread over peas/carrots.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Refrigerate salad overnight.
Chop eggs and bacon together and layer over cheese.
Top with chopped tomatoes just before serving.
