Portuguese Barbequed Chicken Ingredients

1/4 cup Olive oil -- Yogurt Lemon Dipping Sauce --
2 cloves Garlic crushed1 cup Plain unsweetened yoghurt
1 teaspoon Portuguese chicken seasoning (cajun will work in a pinch)1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 tablespoon Lemon juice 1 small Cucumber diced
8 medium Chicken drumsticks 1 tablespoon Fresh mint leaves finely chopped

Instructions for Portuguese Barbequed Chicken

Combine olive oil, garlic, seasoning and lemon juice in a large shallow dish.

Cut slits into each chicken drumstick and brush marinade over chicken. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes (at least).

Cook the chicken on a barbeque or chargrill for 30 minutes until cooked, turning from time to time.

YOGHURT LEMON DIPPING SAUCE

Combine yoghurt, cucumber, lemon juice and mint in a bowl.
