I liked that it was easy to prepare and the topping gave the salmon a wonderful flavor. I served it with sauteed spinach and couscous. I will increase the quantity of the topping ingredients next time because I would have liked a thicker topping on the salmon, it was that good!

This is really tasty! I served it with a black bean and corn salad and sauted mushrooms and garlic.

Delicious - would make again. Loved the crispy garlicky crust. I roasted some winter vegetables along with the salmon - carrots and leeks - just because I had them available - superb!

Yes, it is just over a pound and it is a lot for two people - we always have some left over. However, it is very good and since we usually only have green beans or a salad with it, it definitely isn't enough for three :-)

500 grams is about a pound, isn't it? That seems like a lot for two servings. Is this correct?

I did this one on the bbq and it turned out great. My wife found it a little to spicy and I thought it could use a little more cayenne. The nice thing is she could scrape a lot of the spice off and still enjoy the dish. The next time I make this dish I will add extra spice to mine and less to hers. Great salmon dish.

This salmon can also be grilled on the barbecue, but watch for flare-ups!
