Oriental Chicken Salad Ingredients

--DRESSING--	--SALAD-- ingredients:
1/2 c. sugar	1 med. head iceberg lettuce torn
1 tbsp. cornstarch	2 c. cooked & cubed chicken
1/4 c. water	1 can sliced water chestnuts drained
1/4 c. vegetable oil	6 oz. pkg. frozen snow peas
1/4 c. ketchup	1 c. cashews
3 tbsp. cider vinegar	3 oz. Chow Mein noodles
1 tbsp. soy sauce	1/4 c. green onions

Instructions for Oriental Chicken Salad

Combine all dressing ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, cooking and stirring for 2 minutes or until thickened and then cool.

Put all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
